I truly enjoyed my stay, as the gorgeous grounds provided a serene retreat, and being just over 2 km to Littleheath Woods made it easy to explore beautiful walking trails nearby. for those who love nature as much as city strolls, these outdoor spaces are a bonus.

While the large south-facing bay window adds charm, it also invites quite a bit of heat without any air conditioning, making the room stuffy during warmer weather. The breakfast experience suffered due to apparent staff shortages, leading to long waits for basics like bread or coffee, while the dining options seemed a bit overpriced for the quality received. some room amenities, like a non-functional phone and broken electrical sockets, detracted from the comfort and convenience that might come with this setting.

i stayed one night after a rough experience at another place in croydon, and this hotel totally exceeded my expectations. the indoor pools were fantastic, and i loved the lively vibe around the terrace bar. the staff were welcoming and made everything seamless during our stay, especially with the evening activities.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and loved the nearby golf course. Visiting the Wimbledon Tennis Club and Lingfield Park Racecourse added to our trip's excitement. The staff were friendly, and the grounds are beautiful, perfect for relaxing and catching up!

One downside was the lengthy check-in process. it took almost two hours to get into our room. It was frustrating after a long drive, especially since we missed some leisure time.

The restaurant's high prices and limited menu were disappointing, as we opted not to dine there. Despite these drawbacks, the lovely setting makes it a place I would consider returning to for another relaxing weekend away.
